Frequently Asked Questions

  • Anchored Overflow begins mid June (exact date will be released at the end of May 2026) and will run through September 2026. Members will receive 3 Private sessions, monthly group sessions and weekly recorded audio to anchor in the frequency of the work and take the healing deeper. Members will aslo be added to a telegram community of like minded women and be able to access the recorded audio via the telegram community.

  • All calls will be hosted via zoom and recorded for those that cannot attend live.

  • All members of Anchored Overflow Womens Circle will receive 3 private sessions with Sara and all calls will be recorded and available for playback so you can listen again and again for integration and deeper healing.
