Later, her teens ignited a deliberate exploration of the spirit realm and her gifts. Books became gateways. Hands on healing, energy work, crystals each thread pulled her deeper into a truth she could feel in her bones: “There’s so much more to life than we’ve been taught.” She followed that knowing into the heart of energetics, learning how everything’s energy and how energy touches everything.

Then the catalyst came that changed everything…her daughter’s premature birth. The trauma of that moment didn’t break Sara…it forged her. Determined to support her daughter’s healing, she immersed herself in natural wellness, research, and practice, gaining her Aromatherapy Certification and opening up a wider landscape of possibility.

With unwavering clarity, she left her thriving cosmetology career and devoted herself fully to the healing arts. Each modality became both an answer and also a doorway unleashing deeper questions. Over the years, Sara has studied and integrated Shamanism, Aromatherapy, Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Meditation, Mindfulness and Intuitive Healing. Refining a body of healing work that is potent, grounded and multidimensional.

Today, Sara is a precise, powerful, and compassionate practitioner with a wide array of tools. She meets each guest exactly where they are and designs one of a kind sessions that honor the truth that healing isn’t linear. Her healing work helps clients release old stories while disentangling from trauma and alchemizing pain into personal power…not as an idea, but as a lived reality.
