A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot. If the $500 deposit option is chosen, the rest of the balance will be divided into equal monthly payments with monthly invoices sent via email. Registration will be refundable (minus the $500 non refundable deposit) until November 30th, 2026. Payment in full will be due by December 1st, 2026 and will be totally nonrefundable after that date. Any bookings made on/after December 1st, 2026 will be due in full and will be totally nonrefundable. Investment varies depending on lodging selected. Registration will be refundable according to the terms outlined below (minus the $500 non refundable deposit) until 11/30/26. Any registration on/after December 1st, 2026 will be due in full and considered totally nonrefundable. Registration investment varies depending on lodging selected. Cancellations up to October 1st, 2026 will receive a 100% refund of registration paid minus the $500 nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations 10/2/26 – 11/30/26 will receive a a 50% refund of registration paid minus the $500 nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations on/after 12/1/26, the registration paid is completely nonrefundable.

Please note if you select the Shared Room option but do not have a roommate I will do my best to pair you with a roommate prior to the retreat. If I cannot pair you with a roommate there will be a $222 surcharge for a private room.

Your booking includes: Selected lodging at Bali Eco Stay, Airport Transfers, * Meals, Coffee and Tea, Welcoming Circle, Massage, Various Excursions, Local Healer Session, Various Temple Visits, Various Ceremonies, Sound Healing Session, Sara’s Signature Visual Healing Journey Session, Group Activities and Home Integration Call *Guests will be responsible for their own lunch while out on some of the excursions.
NOT Included Travel Insurance, Hotel Prior to Retreat and Airfare – Guests will fly into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar – code DPS), Travel Insurance (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your retreat investment), Personal Shopping at the Markets and anything else not listed in the above inclusions.
As some guests will cross the international dateline while traveling please be mindful of the +1 or +2 next to your flight for your actual arrival date
Guests are recommended to arrive the night before (March 18th) and stay at The Intercontinental Hotel in Jimbaran at their own expense so the group can be transferred to Bali Eco Stay together the morning of the retreat. If flights prevent a night before arrival, guests may also fly in the morning of (March 19th) with an arrival time into I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar – code DPS) prior to/no later than 10am, this will ensure smooth transport for the group. If guests choose to stay elsewhere when arriving early, they will be expected to meet at The Intercontinental the morning of March 19th. Meeting time will be decided upon once retreat gets closer.
Your passport must be valid for an additional 6 months upon arrival into Bali – this is important otherwise you may be denied entry
Visa on Arrival ( VOA ) is required when you land in DPS, which is $35 USD and valid for 30 days, may also be extended for another 30 days. There is a line you will get into once in Bali prior to getting into baggage claim to obtain your Visa. This can also be done online (recommended) prior to arriving in Bali. This can change please be sure to check the government website for any other entry/exit requirements. You will also need to fill out a health form prior to arriving in Bali.
We will be checking out and leaving Bali Eco Stay at 11am on March 26th, it is recommended that guests book their flights after 4pm on the 26th to ensure plenty of time for the mornings activities and to get through customs and security
Previous meditation, energy healing or spiritual practice not required to attend, simply come with an open heart and an open mind
There will be monthly group calls starting in December 2026, leading up to the retreat in order to answer questions and allow the group to bond prior to meeting in Bali
This is a moderate activity retreat and we will be hiking over uneven terrain. Guests attend Relax & Rewind Bali Womens Retreat and participate in all activities at their own risk. No refunds will be given due to guests inability to participate in any of the planned activities.
